In order to provide our clients with the perfect custom wristwatch, a dedicated contact person will guide them through the entire process: from the initial design to the finished custom watch.
Are there minimum order quantity requirements?
There is no minimum order quantity; it is possible to create even just one piece.
Can I request a quote and design proposal?
Of course! Upon request, we will create a free visual design based on the provided logo and branding elements.
How can the pricing be competitive while offering low minimum order quantities?
Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible price-to-value ratio. Thanks to our years of manufacturing experience and the pre-prepared components we have in stock, we can respond quickly and efficiently to custom inquiries.
Is it possible to request a sample piece for larger production quantities?
For every custom-ordered watch, we create a prototype, for which we send video and photo documentation. Of course, there is also the option to see the finished piece in person. For an order quantity of 20 pieces, we will send a complete sample of the finished watch.
How long does it take for custom watches to be delivered?
In the case of custom watches, the timepieces can be delivered as early as two weeks after the final visual design is approved.
Is it possible to ship abroad?
Yes, we deliver our watches worldwide using FedEx Express service.
Can I modify my order?
During the watch design process, you can modify your order at any time. However, once we have started the production process, changes can only be made with mutual agreement.
